Recruiting Coordinator Intern (Payroll & HR Services)
Position Type: Contract (with opportunity for future growth)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Flexible around college class schedules for the right candidate)
Compensation: Base Pay + Residual Commission + PTO & Paid Holidays
Computer: Must have your own laptop or desktop
Are you a person who enjoys talking with others and wants to build a career in sales, marketing, or business development? We are looking for a motivated college student or recent graduate to join our growing Payroll & HR company. This is a hands‑on opportunity to develop real‑world sales and marketing experience while working alongside experienced professionals.
Responsibilities- Make outbound calls to introduce our Payroll & HR solutions to prospective clients.
- Build relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Meet daily and weekly calls, appointments, and activity goals.
- Maintain accurate prospect information in our CRM.
- Assist with Linked In outreach and professional networking.
- Help create and share marketing content on Linked In, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Follow up with prospects through phone and email.
- Represent the company professionally with exceptional customer service.
- College student or recent graduate pursuing Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with clear English.
- Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking on the phone.
- Self‑motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Organized with good time management skills.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
- Previous customer service, sales, or phone experience is a plus but not required.
- Spanish bilingual is a plus.
- Someone who loves talking to people.
- Coachable and eager to learn sales and marketing.
- Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance.
- Professional phone etiquette and strong relationship‑building skills.
- Interested in developing a long‑term career in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Gain hands‑on experience in B2B sales and marketing.
