About the Role- Our Country Homes is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Professional to join our growing team in Collin County. In this role, you'll guide buyers through every step of the home buying journey while delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping families bring their dream home to life. This is a 100% commission-based position, with compensation directly tied to individual sales performance and unlimited earning potential.
- Welcome and assist prospective home buyers, providing a personalized and professional sales experience.
- Guide customers through the entire home buying process, including homesite selection, floor plan selection, structural options, contract execution, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local Realtors through networking, office visits, follow-up, and community engagement.
- Represent Our Country Homes at Realtor events, community events, and other marketing opportunities.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of our communities, floor plans, available inventory, and surrounding amenities.
- Ensure model homes are well-presented, clean, and ready to welcome prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation while following company policies and procedures.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and ongoing training.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience
; new home sales experience is strongly preferred. - Proven ability to build relationships, close sales, and consistently achieve sales goals.
- Exceptional customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Weekend availability is required, as weekends are our busiest sales days.
