• Present new and pre‑owned vehicles to potential clients.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Keep up to date on manufacturer and company training to be knowledgeable for clients.
• Comply with all State and Federal regulations regarding privacy and transparency standards.
• Maintain rapport with new and existing customers.
• Foster a customer‑centric culture that prioritizes satisfaction.
• Embrace technology to streamline the customer experience.

• Previous automotive experience is not required; we provide all training necessary.
• Computer proficiency is a must.
• Proven track record of handling clients in a sales or customer service environment.
• Hard working, clear communication, and interest in a real career with long‑term potential.
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
• Self‑starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
• Eager to learn new product in’s and out’s, willing to improve.
• Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
