The Vant Group is seeking a Business Intermediary / M&A Associate to facilitate the buying and selling of small businesses. This role focuses on relationship building, transaction execution, and continuous learning.
Job Responsibilities:
- Meet with business owners to list their businesses
- Network with professional service firms such as attorneys, CPAs, and financial planners
- Conduct buyer/seller meetings and guide parties through the transaction process
- Provide ongoing training and support to ensure successful business transfers
- Compensation is commission based; the split depends on experience and deal flow

Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain an extensive database of attorneys, CPAs, financial planners, insurance companies, and other service providers
- Network with these professionals to offer seminars for their employees and clients, showcasing TVG’s services
- Negotiate cross‑referral programs with partners
- Engage in general business community events and networking opportunities
- Develop innovative lead‑generation ideas and initiatives
- Host networking events at our offices
The Vant Group is searching for a Lead Generation Associate who loves outbound communication and building relationships with potential acquisition targets and buyers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound phone calls and cold‑calling campaigns to potential clients and acquisition targets
- Research company data and identify promising acquisition targets
- Manage special projects, mail merge campaigns, and events
- Follow up with contacts and qualify prospects for conversion to leads
- Manage social media presence (Facebook, Linked In, You Tube, blog updates)
- Collaborate with buyer representation services to balance deal needs
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with strategic phone sales or outbound lead generation
- Excellent follow‑up skills and persistence
- Ability to influence and persuade others
- Process orientation and self‑motivation
- Positive and fun‑loving attitude
Compensation:
