Sales Associate

Selling of complete product line, using Company approved structured selling techniques, and giving 100% customer service satisfaction. Proper opening and closing cleaning procedures directed by management. Completion of all 3 CHIP manuals, Sales, Decorating and Baking.

• Be attentive and responsive to all customers.
• Upgrade sales and suggestively sell additional product(s) in accordance with the 7 Steps of Selling.
• Package products in accordance to proper procedures.
• Accurately ring up all sales, count back all change followed with the customer's receipt on every transaction.
• Insure the showcases are fully stocked with the required amounts and varieties of product.
• Keep sales display, counters, and cabinets clean inside and out.
• Keep front area clean and neat (walls, glass, floors, etc.).
• Keep supplies (bags, cups, lids, straws, etc.) in stock.
• Other duties delegated by management.

The Jerman Cookie Co. (JCC, the Company) is a Texas Limited Partnership doing business under license as Great American Cookies (GAC) retail stores in the DFW area. We plan to grow into more locations, as sound business opportunities become available.
