5thScent LLC is a family owned business, with locations in Houston, Austin, Dallas, Lake Charles and Tulsa. We are looking for part-time and full-time sales talents for Deerbrook Mall.
12 USD is BASE PAY - with additional COMMISSION you can go up to 25 USD.
Supervisors functioning as LEAD sale are subject to HIGHER BASE PAY.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, understanding their needs, and offering tailored fragrance and beauty solutions
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations
- Utilize retail POS systems and cashiering skills to process transactions accurately while handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments
- Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-merchandised to attract attention
- SUPERVISOR: needs to be a sales-lead and trainer closely working with the owner family.
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience in beauty & cosmetics preferred; experience with fragrance or skincare products is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse clientele
- Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Experience in makeup application, product demos, and customer engagement techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently with excellent organizational skills and time management in a dynamic environment
