The Regional Business Director (RBD) is responsible for implementing/executing the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by managing Sales and Clinical personnel and activities to achieve business goals and maximize profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace.

** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES*
* Under (e.g. limited supervision, general direction, etc.) and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:

+ Drive top line sales results in the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service group, in line with the Business Plan - including defining and managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the Region's Sales and Clinical Personnel

+ Meet and exceed sales and profit targets for the assigned Region of the US Sales & Field Service organization

+ Provide accurate sales forecasts, develop and execute tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives

+ Manage region's expense budget
