Customer Service Representative

Groundworks is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, and drive sales opportunities.

• Answer inbound calls and make warm outbound follow-up calls to schedule appointments and assist homeowners.
• Educate customers on services and memberships while identifying opportunities to drive sales.
• Meet individual sales and performance goals by delivering an exceptional customer experience on every interaction.
• Accurately document customer information while thriving in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented call center.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service, retail sales, inside sales, call center, or other customer‑facing experience.
• Competitive, goal‑driven mindset with excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems while engaging with customers.
• Reliable, coachable, and excited to grow career in a performance‑driven environment.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week onsite in Dallas, TX. Base pay of $16.00 per hour plus uncapped commission, typically $21–$24 per hour total. Requires office or call center environment with medium level noise. Physical requirements include talking, hearing, walking, visual acuity for data preparation and analysis.
