Location CY Fort Worth - 85 - Sales Marketing About the opportunity The Sales Manager is responsible for booking meetings, catering needs, and local/social catering business, meeting budgeted revenue goals while exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. What you'll get to do:

• Provide the highest level of service to customers at all times, ensuring all calls, emails, and leads are responded to within 24 hours
• Solicit and secure business for the hotel through a proactive, focused sales approach using all available tools to identify competitive set accounts and new business opportunities
• Maintain consistent outreach through property visits, phone, email, and digital communication
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term business relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
• Attend networking events and participate in civic organizations and/or industry associations to increase market presence

• Advanced ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Strong leadership, motivation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent hospitality skills
• Professional, warm, and friendly demeanor
• Knowledge of dining, catering, and competitive market segments
• Ability to translate sales vision into actionable business results
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred, with 3–5 years of hospitality sales experience required, preferably in upscale or luxury properties
