Director - Sales Midwest

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Holman Fleet sales region, lead revenue growth and surpass sales goals through acquisition of new customers within the region.
• Lead client acquisition of fleets between 100-1499 vehicles.
• Drive growth of new acquisition clients for the set time period before handing off to the Client Growth organization.
• Upsell clients during the handling period.
• Facilitate the growth and professional development of District Sales Managers.
• Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the fleet industry, specifically aligning with OEM leadership to enhance client relationships.
• Travel to regional sales locations to provide leadership on overarching sales strategies.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending industry conferences and promoting the Holman brand within the marketplace.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required;
  Master’s preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Completion of executive program classes in finance and negotiation preferred.
• 8+ years of work experience, including 4+ years in sales or leadership roles; multiple levels of reporting relationships strongly preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in sales leadership, sales messaging, client relations, strategic consulting, implementation, supply chain, and related operational areas.
