Overview

Responsibilities- Account Management: serve as lead point of contact for accounts; develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors; understand customer needs; expand relationships with ongoing solutions; ensure timely delivery of our solutions; liaise between customers and internal teams; resolve issues and maintain client trust; keep accurate client records.
- Business Development: generate new sales and long-lasting relationships; develop new business with existing clients; identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas; collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
- Reporting: prepare account status reports and regular progress/forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders; communicate progress of initiatives; conduct quarterly CONNECT meetings.
- Thought Leadership: monitor industry news and trends; share industry insights with clients; identify opportunities for educational events with customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2-4 years of technical account management experience
- Mortgage servicing industry, payments industry, and/or financial services experience preferred
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute strategy, resolve complex problems, and work independently
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
