Your impact

At Jacobs, we’re not just solving problems—we’re shaping the future. From thriving cities to resilient environments, we turn bold ideas into impactful solutions that improve lives and transform communities. Consistently ranked among ENR’s Top 5 firms since 2003, we’re proud to remain #1 in Program Management, Water Infrastructure, and #2 in Transportation engineering design globally.

As our Client Account Manager for municipal transportation clients across Texas, you’ll lead the charge in shaping Jacobs’ presence in one of our areas with the greatest opportunities for growth. Your ability to understand stakeholder needs, anticipate challenges, and advocate for smart, integrated solutions will position Jacobs as the firm of choice.

Working closely with our delivery teams, you’ll guide pursuit strategies, sustain and grow our project pipeline, and help secure transformational opportunities that shape the future of transportation and community infrastructure. This is your opportunity to drive meaningful impact, elevate our client relationships, and help build what’s next for a rapidly growing State in our West Central Geography.

  • Represent Jacobs in industry and community organizations to enhance market visibility and brand presence
  • Charter and guide multi-disciplinary client service teams around a shared vision of client success, engaging executive sponsors when appropriate

  • Demonstrated leadership within the transportation infrastructure industry through progressively responsible roles in project delivery, operations, and client management (e.g., Senior Seller/Doer, Project Manager, Design Manager, or Operations Lead)
  • Strong network and established client relationships in one or more major metro areas in Texas, including contractors, with a demonstrated history of winning work in these regions
  • Solid understanding of the full sales lifecycle, from early opportunity identification through proposal development, interviews, and contract award
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams, including sales, operations, technical specialists, legal, and contracting
