Position Overview:

As aSales Genius you are sales driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You are friendly and competitive with strong client service skills and a desire to win. You are skilled at listening, overcoming objections, fulfilling the needs of your clients and team, and developing and achieving strategic initiatives on time. You are a humbly confident team player with an eagerness to learn and help your teammates grow.

• Delivering comprehensive product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a seamless vehicle delivery experience
• Assisting with effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research
• Building andmaintainingstrong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty
• Assisting Sales Managers with vehicle displays both onsite and offsite
• Organizing andmaintainingvehicle inventory, both physical and digital including accessories and product placement.
• Secondary client deliveries to provide exceptional client experience

• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Automobile industry experience and knowledge
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Willing tosubmitand pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
