Automotive Internal Sales Specialist

The Office‑Based Account Manager Internal Sales Representative provides world‑class customer service to dealer partners through training and prospecting for business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management within independent and franchise dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other assigned accounts.
• Follow‑up on new CRM‑generated leads and referrals resulting from telephone calls to independent and franchise dealerships.
• Develop, maintain and grow current and potential dealer partners within the independent and franchise dealer communities.
• Constant and effective communication via phone, email, and video meetings with dealer partners to train on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Provide solutions, restructure vehicle loans for approval in a profitable manner for Westlake and the dealership partners.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of sales experience in automotive, finance, or a related field.
• High School Diploma required;
  College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Clear and effective presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, telephone management, and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal‑oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement and ability to work amicably with diverse teams.

Compensation:

• Highly incentivized, performance‑based compensation package.
• No limit on commissions.
• 6‑month compensation guarantee of $5,000 monthly.
• Average rep earnings after 1 year: $160,000.
• Top 25% reps: $245,000;
  Top 50 reps: $305,000.
• Starting compensation will be determined at hiring and depends on location, skills, and experience.
