Director of Strategic Partnerships and Market Development

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3-7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising sales, commercial real estate, franchise development, or a related field.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and build client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, networking, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to travel throughout DFW and surrounding markets.

• Background in B2B sales, advertising, media sales, franchise development, commercial real estate, municipal sales, or economic development. Existing relationships within the DFW business community are a plus.

• 3–7 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, advertising sales, commercial real estate, franchise development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success generating new business opportunities ("hunter" business development experience).
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholder groups.
• Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems.
• Established DFW network and strong knowledge of the North Texas market.
