RealEstateU helps thousands of people get their real estate license every year. We're very good at that part.
Here's the part that bothers us: most of them won't still be in the business in two years. Not because they weren't smart enough or motivated enough - because after the exam, nobody hands a new licensee a plan. They get a congratulations, a business card, and silence.
We're building the program that comes next, and we're hiring the person to build it.
You will design and deliver the training that takes a brand-new licensee from "I passed the exam" to "I'm a full-time agent making a living at this." Not motivation. Not general real estate theory. The specific, repeatable activities that produce a first transaction, then a second, then a real pipeline.
Read this part before you applyWe are looking for someone who has trained hundreds - ideally thousands - of newly licensed agents.
This is not a role for someone who has coached a handful of recruits at a local team. We need a person who has run new-agent development at real volume: at a large brokerage or franchise, a national coaching organization, a real estate school's post-licensing program, or a team big enough that onboarding new licensees was a continuous operation rather than an occasional event.
At that scale you don't train by instinct - you train by system. That system is what we want. If you built or ran a new-agent curriculum that hundreds of people went through, and you can tell us what percentage of them were still in the business a year later, you are exactly who we're looking for.
Responsibilities- Build a structured new-agent success program from the ground up: curriculum, milestones, accountability framework, and supporting materials
- Deliver live training - group sessions, coaching calls, role-play - and record evergreen modules that scale beyond your own hours
- Define the daily and weekly activity standards a new agent must hit in their first 90 days
- Teach lead generation, prospecting, scripts, objection handling, buyer and listing presentations, and transaction management at a level someone with zero closed deals can actually execute
- Build the tracking and accountability layer so we can see who is progressing, who is stalling, and intervene early
- Define and report the metrics that prove the program works: activity, appointments, signed contracts, closings, and agents still full-time at 12 months
- Advise on recruiting: what makes a newly licensed agent likely to succeed, and how we attract more of them
- You have trained hundreds or thousands of newly licensed agents. Tell us the number and the context - where, over what period, and in what format.
- A documented, proven method that you developed or personally ran at volume. A general coaching philosophy is not a method.
- A verifiable track record with real outcomes: completion rates, time-to-first-transaction, retention at 12 months, or whatever you actually measured. If you never measured, tell us that honestly and tell us what you observed.
- Experience training at scale - cohorts, curriculum, and repeatable delivery, not one-to-one mentorship only
- Active or prior real estate license, plus personal production experience - you have closed deals yourself
- Confident on camera and leading live virtual sessions
- Self-directed and comfortable building from a blank page. This program does not exist yet.
- Experience at a national brokerage, franchise, coaching company, or real estate school where new-agent training was your primary function
- Built training for a nationwide audience across multiple state markets
- An existing content library, script book, or playbook you can bring with you
- $75-$125 per hour, depending on experience and track record
- 1099 contract, 10-20 hours per week to start, fully remote
- Contract-to-permanent: our intent is a permanent leadership role owning agent development once the program is built and launched
- We are open to discussing revenue share on the program once it is live and producing
