iFlex Stretch Studios is the newest concept developed by the founders of the highly successful Joint Chiropractic franchise. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Receptionist / Sales Rep to serve as the first point of contact for our studio. This individual will play a key role in creating an outstanding client experience while also driving membership and service sales.

The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable engaging with prospective clients, discussing service benefits, and helping guests find the right wellness solutions for their needs.

• Greet and welcome clients and guests with a positive, professional attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Manage client check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

• Educate prospective clients about iFlex Stretch Studios services, memberships, and wellness programs.
• Conduct sales consultations and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Convert leads into new clients through phone, text, email, and in-person interactions.
• Follow up with prospective clients to schedule introductory appointments and encourage enrollment.
• Support studio membership growth through relationship-building and exceptional customer service.
• Assist with community outreach events, networking opportunities, and promotional activities.

• Collaborate with stretch therapists and team members to create a positive studio environment.
• Assist with studio cleanliness, organization, and daily operational needs.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Support special events and marketing initiatives as needed.

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, membership sales, or a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with clients.
• Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in health, wellness, fitness, chiropractic, spa, or medical office settings.
• Experience with membership sales, lead generation, or consultative sales.
• Familiarity with scheduling and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
