• Support the sales process from first customer interaction through closing, while assisting the Sales Professional in delivering an exceptional home‑buying experience.
• Engage and guide prospective buyers through community tours, home features, and the stages of the home‑buying journey.
• Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination of pre‑construction, loan, and closing activities.
• Build relationships with real‑estate agents and prospects while actively supporting marketing and lead‑generation efforts; monitor model homes, inventory, and market competition to ensure quality presentation and maintain a competitive edge.

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and customer‑focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable working weekends (Saturday and Sunday required).
