- Promote Hospice or Home Health unique programs and services
- Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners
- Build relationships with referral sources that refer or may refer patients to hospice
- Represent hospice and home health services through sales and marketing activities
- Proven track record promoting Hospice and/or Home Health Services
- 2 or more years of successful Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience required
- Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
- Familiarity with Contact Management software
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Stable work history with proven, verifiable performance
