Guest Centric Sales Advisor

Asbury Automotive Group is seeking a Guest Centric Sales Advisor to deliver a consultative, customer-first sales experience in our retail automotive dealerships. In this role, you will greet and engage guests, assess their vehicle needs, present new and used options, and guide them through test drives, pricing, and purchase or lease decisions. You will collaborate with finance and service teams, maintain accurate CRM and sales documentation, and meet performance goals while upholding Asbury's standards for integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage guests, identifying needs and preferences for new and used vehicles.
• Present vehicle options, features, pricing, and benefits in a clear, consultative manner.
• Coordinate and conduct test drives while ensuring safety and a positive guest experience.
• Guide customers through the purchase or lease process, including paperwork and next steps.
• Collaborate with finance and service teams to support add-on products and post-sale needs.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and dealership systems for all leads and sales activities.
• Meet or exceed individual and dealership sales, guest satisfaction, and productivity goals.
• Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and competitive offerings.
• Follow all regulatory, compliance, and dealership policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a performance-driven, customer-focused team culture.
