What You'll Do:

• Engage qualified investor leads from our marketing efforts
• Connect investors with exclusive off-market properties that never hit the MLS
• Own the client relationship from first call through closing
• Build your book through cold calling, networking, and email outreach

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years of sales experience — any industry where you've learned to close
• Confidence, grit, and a competitive edge
• Strong phone presence and coachable mindset
• Lives in or relocating to DFW

One Thing to Know: This is a 100% commission 1099 role. A Texas Real Estate License is required within 45 days of starting. Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility.
