• Use Facebook, social media, and online communities to market real estate opportunities
• Generate sales through social media, prospecting, networking, and referrals
• Connect with real estate investors and qualified leads
• Promote exclusive off-market investment properties
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, text, and social media
• Build and manage your investor pipeline
• Generate new business through cold calling, Facebook groups, reverse search tools, referrals, and targeted outreach
• Execute email and social media outreach campaigns
• Build relationships with investors and guide them through the sales process
• Maintain consistent prospecting and follow-up activity

• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, customer service, or related experience preferred
• Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus
• Competitive, coachable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable with phone and online sales
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Fort Worth, TX area

• 100% commission
• Texas Real Estate License required within 45 days of your start date
• Licensing costs are the candidate's responsibility
