Monster Energy is seeking a Region Manager to lead sales teams and drive bottler partnerships across the territory. You will oversee field sales activities with bottlers and retailers, implement national and local marketing programs, and push market share while hitting budget targets.
The role requires 3–5 years in sales or marketing in beverage/CPG, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong forecasting and data skills with Nielsen/IRI tools to guide decisions and reporting.
