Treasury Management Sales Officer

First National Bank Texas is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Officer to drive growth of business deposits and fee income. In this role, you'll prospect and manage commercial relationships, analyze cash management needs, and position treasury solutions including ACH, wires, remote deposit, and online banking. You'll partner with relationship managers, lead product demos, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth implementation. Responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new commercial clients for treasury management services
• Conduct cash flow and treasury needs analysis for business customers
• Recommend and sell ACH, wires, remote deposit, and online banking solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing
• Manage a portfolio of business clients to deepen relationships and grow revenue
• Partner with relationship managers and branch teams on joint calling efforts
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation of treasury products
• Monitor portfolio risk, usage, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulations
• Track activities and pipeline in CRM and report on sales results
