Hospice​/Home Health Sales Executive

A home health and hospice services provider is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow referral relationships across the Dallas area. This role is central to expanding awareness of the organization's care programs among physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners.

• Promote Hospice or Home Health programs and services to physicians, hospitals, nursing facilities, and other community partners
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Identify and cultivate new referral partners within the local market
• Represent the organization with energy and compassion in all sales and marketing activities

• Hospice or Home Health sales experience required, no exceptions
• 2 or more years of successful experience promoting Hospice and/or Home Health services
• Local candidate with established referral sources
• Ability to establish and expand relationships with diverse referral sources
• Familiarity with Contact Management software
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Stable, verifiable work history
• 2 years of Hospice and/or Home Health sales experience required
