Our Sales Producers earn an average of $60,000 annually, with top performers exceeding $90,000+, including a combination of base salary, commissions, and performance-based bonuses.

We are a full-service, multi-line agency offering Auto, Home, Umbrella, Commercial, Specialty, and Life insurance solutions. As a close-knit team, we value accountability, professionalism, and open communication—both with each other and with our clients.

Candidates must hold an active Property & Casualty license in the state of Texas. We provide ongoing training, support, and clear opportunities for advancement within the agency.

• Meet or exceed new business production goals and performance objectives
• Prospect for new business through calls, networking, referrals, and lead sources
• Develop quotes, deliver tailored presentations, and close sales
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Maintain compliance with underwriting, rating, and company guidelines
• Build and maintain relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

• Active Property & Casualty license in Texas (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a performance-driven environment
• Coachable with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve
• Confident communicator with a positive, professional, and energetic attitude
• Strong follow-through with a commitment to delivering excellent client service
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles preferred
