Community Coordinator

About the Role

iCare Emergency Centers is looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Coordinator to be the face of our facility in the local community. This is a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground role — you'll be out building relationships with doctor's offices, schools, employers, civic organizations, and local businesses, helping position iCare as a trusted healthcare resource and preferred referral partner in the neighborhoods we serve.

• Build and grow relationships with physician offices, schools, employers, and local organizations
• Represent iCare at community events, health fairs, Chamber of Commerce functions, and sponsor ships
• Present the iCare referral partnership to prospective providers and maintain relationships with existing partners
• Schedule facility tours, assemble outreach materials, and manage a rolling community calendar
• Track outreach activity and partner relationships in a shared database, in coordination with our Referral Team
• Partner with our Marketing Lead on events, sponsor ships, and promotional strategy

• Associate's degree or equivalent, or 6 months–1 year of related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking in front of groups
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM platforms a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (this role is out in the community daily)
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own schedule and priorities
• A genuine people-person who enjoys networking and building trust in a local community
