- Develop a territory of new and existing accounts and promote and sell the product lines within that defined territory.
- Make sales calls, facilitate product evaluations, participate in cases with the customer, close and grow sales, and increase the number of customers.
- Develop a business plan based upon a comprehensive understanding of the account base, competition, industry dynamics, and business potential in territory.
- Qualify a customer effectively and manage relationships strategically for maximum impact.
- Become a subject matter expert quickly and continue to deepen product knowledge over time.
- Leverage resources to achieve a high level of productivity, efficiency and to achieve/exceed goals.
- Represent our company ethically in all business dealings, and according to company policies.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Medical Device sales
- Preference to candidates with GI sales experience
- Proven ability to establish new accounts and grow existing business.
- Strong track record of sales growth in current position/exceeding plan
