This senior commercial leadership role will drive national sales strategy and execution within a rapidly evolving healthcare technology environment.
You will own revenue growth initiatives, market expansion, customer acquisition, and sales performance across the country.
The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leadership, including building, coaching, and developing a high‑performing sales organization.
You will work closely with executive leadership and cross‑functional teams spanning reimbursement, billing, operations, marketing, customer success, and clinical partnerships.
A strong understanding of regulated healthcare markets, medical AI, laboratory‑developed tests, and medical software will be important to success.

Build and maintain a focused national sales plan, establishing clear milestones, targets, lead metrics, and performance expectations.
Drive revenue growth, market expansion, customer acquisition, and development of new commercial opportunities.
Establish effective sales processes, pipeline‑management practices, account‑management standards, and performance metrics.
Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and inspire a high‑performing national sales team.
Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning, initiative, innovation, collaboration, and sustained performance.
Maintain a strong network of experienced sales professionals and develop a talent pipeline for future growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, customer relationships, and potential revenue streams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and strategic partners to support growth and customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, market opportunities, and areas for commercial differentiation.
Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for product positioning, pricing, sales strategy, and go‑to‑market initiatives.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to increase team efficiency, effectiveness, and commercial performance.
