Join our Biologics team as an R&D Manager - Support Services and play a critical role in advancing innovative solutions from early concept through launch. This is an exciting opportunity to lead scientific programs, shape product execution strategy, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while developing a high performing team.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage junior team members within the Biologics franchise, supporting their development and ensuring project success.
- Oversee and manage proper functionality and operations of Biologics laboratories.
- Support the end-to-end lifecycle of BRM products from early innovation and development through to commercialization.
- Design and execute project plans integrating innovation, feasibility, and product development testing activities.
- Provide scientific expertise, including identifying unmet clinical needs and contributing to study design, reports, and product claims.
- Manage external partners such as CROs to ensure consistent practices across vendors and sites.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and other teams to deliver key milestones.
- Review and prepare SOPs, protocols, manuscripts, technical reports, and documentation to support regulatory and marketing activities.
- Guide internal stakeholders in interpreting study results and using insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Master’s or PhD degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience managing projects from concept to commercialization within medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology.
- 2+ years of leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide team members.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
- Strong scientific expertise with experience in study design, data interpretation, and technical writing.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
