As a Security Officer - Patrol and Access Control in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, observe activity, and document noteworthy events while delivering helpful customer service and clear communication.

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for entry, assist with visitor check-in and/or badge processes as directed, and help maintain orderly traffic flow for employees, contractors, and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or disturbances to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs, and communicate observations and/or shifts handoff information clearly to support consistent security-related coverage.

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance to all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
