Job Description As a Security Officer Armed Rover Clearance Required in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a leading aero and defense location as an armed patrol officer. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms, access control needs, and unusual activity with clear communication and professionalism.

What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control requirements, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating notifications, documenting actions taken, and coordinating with on-site personnel and/or first responders as directed.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, production areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
* Control entry and exit at gates and/or checkpoints by verifying identification, issuing temporary credentials when authorized, and managing vehicle screening and delivery processes per site policy.
* Complete detailed reports and logs using required systems, including incident reports, patrol activity, and key control or equipment checks, and communicate updates to supervision as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have a minimum of 2 or more years of security-related experience.
* Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
* Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
* Be 21 or more years of age.
* Hold Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
* A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
