Job DescriptionAs a Security Guard - Patrol Driver Overnights in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a fast-paced logistics and distribution location. You will conduct routine patrols, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and provide strong customer service and clear communication with associates and visitors.
This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license under AU Driver Policy Requirements. Bring integrity, teamwork, and an innovative mindset to a role that keeps operations moving.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to onsite personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, warehouse areas, parking areas and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and vehicle flow, verify identification and credentials as directed, and maintain visitor, contractor and delivery logs per site requirements.
- Observe and report irregular conditions such as unsecured doors, damaged fencing, suspicious behavior and/or operational hazards, and notify site contacts and/or emergency services as appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document actions taken, and complete required shift reports and incident reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
- Customer Service Experience is preferred.
- Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
- Loss Prevention is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
