Job Description

City Center Security is a premier provider of security services in downtown Fort Worth, TX. We are hiring Uniformed Security Officers for our Patrol Division who will maintain a strong security presence, prevent unauthorized activity, and respond to incidents with professionalism and integrity.

• Conduct patrols on foot, bicycle, or vehicle in all weather conditions.
• Maintain a professional appearance in company-provided uniform.
• Write clear, detailed incident reports.
• Respond promptly to incidents, de-escalate conflicts, and coordinate with law enforcement as needed.
• Complete the state-licensed in-house training academy to become an Armed Security Officer and Personal Protection Officer.
• Work rotating 8-hour shifts (24/7), including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass comprehensive background check, drug screening, psychological, and physical examinations.
• Full availability for 24/7 rotating 8-hour shifts.
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and complete defensive tactics, martial arts, and firearms training.
• Capability to qualify for Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Bureau commissioned officer.
• Willingness to complete a physically and academically challenging training academy.

• 1+ year of customer service, security, law enforcement, or military experience.
• EMT or Paramedic certification.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail for writing incident reports.
