Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Tue 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri 11:30 AM - 06:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense industry location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
* Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity.
* Monitor access points and verify credentials, badges, and/or visitor authorization in accordance with site protocols for controlled areas and sensitive operations.
* Support incident response by assisting with de-escalation, access control issues, and emergency notifications while following post orders and applicable use of force guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
* Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
* Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
