Pay Rate: $22.56 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM How This Role Works:
* Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"):
You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
* Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week;

always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, production areas, and perimeter points, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
* Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and/or contractors in accordance with location protocols and security-related requirements.
* Support site personnel during routine operations, shift changes, and/or emergency situations while maintaining awareness of sensitive areas and restricted locations.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
* Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
