The F-35 is designed with the entire battlespace in mind, bringing new flexibility and capability to the United States and its allies. Reliance on any single capability — electronic attack, stealth, etc. — is not sufficient for success and survivability in the future. Missions traditionally performed by specialized aircraft — air-to-air combat, air-to-ground strikes, electronic attack, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance — can now be executed by a squadron of F-35s.
Serves as the F-35 Personnel Security lead. Liaison between government security customer(s) and Program management on security related matters to include PAR processing, records management, and accesses. Under the direction of the Security Associate Manager of F-35 Special Access Programs, will analyze, organize, and control the functional personnel security responsibilities of multiple Special Programs. Must have a good working knowledge of the DoD Directive 5205.07 Manual related tasks.
Applicant selected must possess a Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to special program. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located in a facility that requires special access. A level 3 employee Typically has 6 - 10 years of professional experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Power Point and Excel.
- Experience in writing procedural documentation.
- Experience providing briefings and indoctrinations to large audiences.
- Security Education and Training Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Have experience in DoD Special Programs and working knowledge and understanding of DoDM 5205.07 requirements.
- Experience working transmissions
- Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Working experience with JADE.
- Be self-driven and results oriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently and across an ambiguous and uncertain landscape.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years.
Work ScheduleThe work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
