Security Officer Flex - Transportation Facility

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing appropriate information with supervisors and/or local authorities when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit platforms, public access areas, parking locations, buildings, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, assisting with access control, visitor interactions, and policy compliance while maintaining a professional presence;
Support day-to-day operations by reporting hazards, service issues, and/or suspicious activity, and by following post orders and communication protocols during routine and emergency situations
