Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, local authorities, and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols throughout terminals, public areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify credentials when required, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and/or security-related concerns according to site procedures.;
Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and assist with crowd management, directions, and other customer service needs during routine operations and/or service disruptions.
