As a Security Officer Armed Driver Security Clearance Patrol in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Full Time Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
* Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
* Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations while assigned to an armed post, helping to deter unauthorized access and unusual activity.
* Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report suspicious, hazardous, and/or policy-related concerns according to post orders.
* Support security-related operations by maintaining situational awareness, completing required reports, and following Allied Universal and site guidelines during routine and emergency conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

* Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
* Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree.
* Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
* Be at least 21 years of age.
* A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
* Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
* Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
