Job Schedule:

Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Thu 01:00 PM - 08:00 PM, Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM, Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a defense‑related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, credentials, and/or vehicle activity in accordance with site policies, reporting suspicious behavior, access concerns, and other security‑related issues.
• Support security‑related operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders for an armed assignment, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
