Armed Security Officer Elite Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local law enforcement when needed;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points, observe customer and employee activity, and report potential policy violations, suspicious behavior, and/or hazards according to site protocols;
Support incident response for issues such as trespassing, theft-related concerns, medical events, and/or evacuations while maintaining professionalism and following post orders
