Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities across transportation facilities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts and public-facing personnel as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, lobbies, checkpoints, baggage areas, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations;
Monitor access points and public areas to deter unauthorized entry and report suspicious activity according to site protocols;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in required reports and relay information to supervisors and first responders
