Pay Rate: $27.32 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM;
Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, potential hazards, and other security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and help support compliance with post orders for controlled areas and sensitive operations.
• Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site requirements, maintaining professional conduct and readiness to respond to security‑related situations.

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Have at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security‑related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
