As a Security Officer Access Coordinator in Fort Worth, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location where you will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. In this access control role, you will deliver outstanding customer service and communication while supporting daily operations with agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by following site-specific access control procedures and property policies at a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and/or delivery logs, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent security-related screening practices.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to observe conditions, report unusual activity, and support security‑related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
