Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, and/or deliveries, verifying credentials, following access protocols, and supporting orderly operations within the location;
Assist with incident reporting, communication during operational disruptions, and follow-up on security-related issues involving equipment, property, and/or restricted areas
