As a Security Officer Armed Driver with Security Clearance in Fort Worth, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a professional environment through strong customer service and communication. • Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a defense-related location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or potential risks.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and support the protection of sensitive property, equipment, and information in accordance with site policies.
• Support daily operations by preparing clear reports, maintaining assigned equipment, and following post orders related to patrol activity, incident response, and escalation procedures.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the military, law enforcement, or verifiable armed security experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III Armed Certification in Texas only.
• Able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
• Must be able to understand, read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
