As a Security Officer Full Time Roving Patrol in Fort Worth, TX
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, working as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security‑related concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor entry procedures in support of site access protocols and daily operations.
• Support asset protection efforts by observing shipping, receiving, and/or restricted areas for irregular activity and reporting issues related to property, equipment, and facility operations.

• Possess 1+ years of security‑related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will only be required for driving positions.
