This position is ideal for a solid leader with security operations experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise contract employees across assigned site to ensuring operational quality Proactively address concerns with clients and employees Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes Maintain site access and badging requirements per industry regulations Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment

What You Bring:

US citizenship 1 year of prior of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience and previous Supervisory Experience Must have or be able to obtain a DCJS Guard Card Must be able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications Strong verbal and written communication skills Why Join SCIS?
