Security Officer Patrol Specialist

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to riders, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, administrative spaces, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.;
Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directions and general information, and address rule violations or suspicious behavior in accordance with site expectations.;
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, unusual activity, and conditions observed during assigned shifts.
